Returns & Exchanges
If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged keep all original packing materials, be prepared to send these back for evaluation.
Contact us immediately and send photos!
Refund will be accepted only for unused items and until 5 days after you receive the package.
Please note you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me.
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. The refund amount is on the actual item, not shipping.

Shipping Policies
All of my items are handmade and some are made to order.
Therefore most of the orders are sent within three to five business days.
If you need something ASAP please inform me and I will accommodate your needs as best I can.
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for custom orders and depends on the quantity. Already made orders that are listed in my shop will usually take 3-5 days to ship.
