If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged keep all original packing materials, be prepared to send these back for evaluation.
Contact us immediately and send photos!
Refund will be accepted only for unused items and until 5 days after you receive the package.
Please note you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me.
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. The refund amount is on the actual item, not shipping.

Shipping Policies
All of my items are handmade and some are made to order.
Therefore most of the orders are sent within three to five business days.
If you need something ASAP please inform me and I will accommodate your needs as best I can.
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for custom orders and depends on the quantity. Already made orders that are listed in my shop will usually take 3-5 days to ship.

What can be customized?We can customize any of the vinyl add ons which can be added to plain or already themed ears. Our vinyl iron on colors can be cut into almost any shape or lettering. We can have more than one color. They can be a name, hashtag or a date. We find this especially great for bachelorette parties, graduations, company outings, grad night, family reunions or engagements.

What if I want different color fabric combinations?Yes! We have several different bow colors to choose from in sequin, velvet or matte. Our ears that are not movie or park themed come in: Black: Velvet, shiny or regular matte Rose gold Iridescent white We can add any bow color to our ready to go sets, as they aren't glued on until ordered. Free of charge. If it is a bow color we do not have it is $2

What if I need this to be sent as a gift?Yes! We can send it to whoever you would like in the United States without the pricing. We will send you the receipt via email.

How much is customization?Iron on customizations will be price quoted. As an example, we had a company logo and year printed on 15 pairs for $2 a set on our standard mouse ears (with different color bows) making it a total of $22 per set of ears. If your customization is something like a movie we do not already have made it is $28.99 a set. If your customization will need fabric from a professional sports team or college it is $27.99 We will send a price quote.
